Admission to Tuck with Low GPA

Hi everyone! So earlier this year, I graduated from a top university on the West Coast (UCLA, USC). My major was in social sciences with a minor in finance and finished with a 2.99 GPA. I had the opportunity to intern in investment banking at a top bulge bracket (GS, MS, JPM) multiple times throughout college and now work in finance for a major legacy film conglomerate. I didn't major in business in college and it's basically a dream of mine to get a formal business education. I'm not planning to apply for another three years at least but the plan is as follows:

(1) Bust my ass to score as high as possible on the GMAT

(2) Start a nonprofit and get super active in the community and community service over the next few years

(3) Enroll in some community college courses to address weaknesses in my academic profile, particularly well in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, statistics, and calculus

(4) Network as much as possible with admissions counselors, faculty, and alumni

(5) Hire an admissions advisor to help me craft an incredible story

I don't really think I have any chance at all but Tuck is my absolute dream program and I want to hear from others. Could this give me a shot? If not, do you have any advice outside of what's listed above?

I was the valedictorian of my high school and was incredibly burned out when starting college. The pandemic and working in investment banking didn't help and I went through some major health problems along the way that I am now happy to say that I found an amazing doctor that changed my life. Now, I want to take the world by storm.

P.S. I'm also POC, first-generation, and LGBTQ – if that means anything.

Any advice or input in appreciated and thank in advance!
