BB S&T(Sales) in Asia vs. T-15 University Endowment Fund

Hi, I'm a current junior (international) deciding on two summer analyst offers: BB (JPM, GS, MS) sales team in Asia (HK/Singapore) and Top 15 university endowment fund w/ +10bn Aum. My ultimate goal is buy-side, preferably PE.

BB S&T: I think BB names look better on resume, but return offers are given to few people on this team. Might be hard to break into buyside with the sales experience.

Endowment: Good pay/hours. High rate of return offers. Might have to go to MBA after to break into PE b/c they don't do direct-investing.

I'm leaning towards the endowment fund, but I just wanted to hear different opinions. Thank you!!

Hi, I'm also an international student and I would love to learn more about how you got an offer from a university endowment fund. I was wondering if you could DM me?
