Getting into IB with 3.0 gpa from target school

I am a current senior at a top 10 university (Harvard, Stanford, Yale, etc) and my gpa is in the gutter.  3.0 currently and if I’m lucky, I’ll scrape by with a 3.1 by the time I graduate. I’m job hunting but am a bit anxious about entering the job market with my spotty academic record. I started college strong (3.6+) but I ran into some family and health issues halfway through and started failing classes. I’ve had a few research assistantships and have published a paper in a reputable economic journal. I’ve also had one IB internship at a boutique. I’m afraid my bad gpa will seriously hinder my chances at being employed in nyc post graduation.
