Help a student conscious about his future

I'm currently in "prépa" (preparatory classes) for business schools in a country outside of France (mainly aimed at national schools). We can also get into French schools but chances are very, very slim, especially the top 5 (HEC/ESSEC/ESCP etc). What should I do if I don't get in?

Get into the best uni in your own country...

This is a very vague, post, you haven't really made your point well

They're vv bad.

Sorry, this is my first post.

I am willing to help you. Can you tell me a bit more about you? Where are you from and your grades in high school. Also, put in your languages :-) Thanks

Can you add, in what direction you would like to go (finance, supply chain, marketing) and tell me if you are undecided yet (if that is the case) :)

Thank you for replying!

I'm from Morocco. The grading system is very different around here. My grade average in HS was 80%, top of my class. I speak English, Arabic and French. I'm interested in Finance. I know this may seem cliché but I love reading financial news and I do enjoy accounting classes.

In that case, try looking at the UK (Warwick, International Managment), the Netherlands (RSM IBA) or Italy (Bocconi BIEM). All three are among the TOP 5 bachelor in Europe with UK (LSE BSc in Management) and Switzerland (HSG Business Administration).

What differentiates each is the degree of internationalisation, the exchange opportunities and the price of the university per year.

Let me know which one you would be interested, I know quite well the bachelor in business space in Europe :)

If I were you I would do a general bachelor in business administration and then specialise with a master in finance. Doing a bachelor in finance & accounting is not necessary and you rather keep your options open :)
