MRED/MSRE full time or part time?

Hi all,

I will be apply to the USC MRED and USD MSRE programs. My background is a BS construction management with 5 years of commercial work underneath my belt. I also have a track record of doing very well in my finance classes. I’m located in socal and my goal is to network with my cohort and alumni to potentially do some type of partnership or joint ventures. I have already started my small real estate development firm with in-house GC services. My question is deciding between full or part time program. I want to take advantage of as much networking and relationship building as possible, but I’m not sure if PT or FT will be better for that. What would be the pros and cons of each?
