Hi,
So I heard there’s a lot of “VISA” related issues when pursuing a masters in finance program. I have an Indian passport, and if I pursue a Masters in Finance at Warwick Business School, will it be hard for me to get a full time offer in the UK? Especially in competitive realms such as investment banking and consulting..
Please bear in mind that pursuing a Masters degree will set me back roughy £40k, and if I don’t get a job in the UK, making an ROI in the home country is extremely difficult.
Any expertise anyone has regarding their experience pursuing Masters with a Non-European passport kindly share, will help me alot!

I’ve seen a few people place into jobs at BBs from Warwick post-grad degrees on LinkedIn. You can probably verify this for yourself as well.
As for visa issues, you’re given a 2-year visa to stay in the UK upon graduation so that should definitely help in landing your first job since companies wouldn’t have to immediately worry about sponsoring you.
Lastly, average BB salary for FO roles is around GBP 60-70k base + x% bonus, so the ability to see ROI quickly is def there

Is there any primary reason for that? Why are less Masters students being considered rather more of undergraduate students from Warwick?
I’m aware we can get a PSW 2 yearr, but if I wanted to apply for a “Summer Internship” during my masters, will I be able to do so? If yes will I be at a disadvantage?
Warwick undergrad is a target, Warwick post-grad's a semi-target (can see this, like you said, through job placements; this thread also breaks down the universities based on tier list pretty well https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forum/school/european-masters-rankings)
And yes, you can apply for SA positions as a master's student as well. Only disadvantage imo is most places probably have a cap for amount of people they can get from university X, thus you'd be competing with both Warwick undergrad and postgrad students for those slots.
