WashU or UCLA?

Really having hard time choosing between which school to pick for undergrad. Want to learn more about which one would be a better pick for pursuing a career IB or finance. Are they considered equally prestigious by EBs and BBs

~ Few things affecting my decision ~

Heard UCLA is a target school for SF and LA banks, but non-target for NYC (no city preference at this point). Not sure if WashU is target or non-target.

Social life in UCLA seems better and WashU seems much more academic.

UCLA does not have a finance major.

UCLA is an ocean and feels little chaotic.

LA >> St. Louis

Also heard UCLA finance club culture is pretty good, don't know anything about WashU's though.

WashU feels smaller, more organized and hands-on.

I am an international student and UCLA having a much more well-known global reputation (not sure if this is correct) is also important to me.

Anonymous for this.
NOT ALL of course, but Wash U has a lot of brilliant but awkward kids. I think you COULD go into interviews having to overcome that and show you are personable. Not sure what the win is unless it is much cheaper.

Why is this the case? Would assume the general student population would be equally as awkward as any other non-party top 20 school not in a big city like NYC
