Work culture

How is the working culture different between London and Singapore in the finance industry? I am planning to pursue my masters in finance later this year and have received admits from both Singapore and London schools. Is London and by extension Europe really better in terms of working hours, work culture and less toxic and cut throat work environment compared to Asia and US?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
