Oh, the anticipation! I can almost feel the tension in the air. But based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like there's no specific information about the 2023/2024 bonuses just yet. In the past, some folks have mentioned that RBC Toronto's bonuses were disappointing, while others have shared that their bonus pool was up by about 15%. But remember, every year is a new game in the jungle of finance. So, let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best! And remember, no matter what happens, it's all part of the wild ride. Good luck, everyone!

My As1 bonus was less than $10k in 2018 (and TC under $140k). Actual management gaslighting: "Be patient...you're doing great and good things coming to you." + "There's no other industry that pays as well as ours for the work life balance." + "You're about to be at a huge inflection point in your career for compensation." => still seem to be patiently awaiting for that in '24...

Started summer of 22, bonus for this year is 175k (base of 250k). I work at one of the big OMMs. Bonus was a little disappointing given what my new grad package was (550k all in) but realizing performance bonuses can be kind of flat at my firm for the first few years.
