Advice on Trade Support Offers ?

I've received two offers for a trade support role covering two different desks:
Pay is about the same ~60-70k + bonus
1st offer - contract (temp to perm) - BB (JPM/CITI/BAML) - sitting on trading floor - supporting FI cash products (HY, IG, CORP bonds)

2nd offer - direct hire - perm - (UBS/RBC/TD) - not on trading floor but still near NYC location - support repo funding desks

Any input and which products might have a better exit op after 3-5 years ? Networking is key and will take any tips on that too. Leaning towards the BB role for the obvious reasons but is there anything I'm missing? tyvm.
