Electronic Trading Bonuses?
Hey guys - gonna be an intern this summer on an equities electronic trading desk at big 5 Canadian bank. Just curious, do electronic desks get lower/higher/similar bonuses compared to cash trading?
I know equities isn't as sexy as FICC, what about electronic equities or eFICC? Role is as a quant/sales mixed role
As a bit of background, I'm a STEM major and I'm interested in quant-y roles so electronic S&T desks looked appealing. Just interested in the future/comp
