Final Round Interview Help!
I have a final round interview at a London boutique IB for equity sales next week, and hoping for any sort of advice. There are two interviews with two separate MDs - one head of sales and one head of research.
Does anyone have any insight into the possible structure and/or content of the interview for this kind of role? Or any general advice? For example, the kind of technicals I should expect, or other kind of questions. It's a UK focused small/ mid cap IB so expecting UK market questions. I've never been interviewed by MDs before so not sure if this changes what I should expect.
I know there are more experienced people going for the job i.e. year or two of experience rather than grads, and I'm curious if anyone has any insight into how to turn this into a positive?
I'm bloody depserate to get this role so any sort of advice would be a life saver. Thanks
