How difficult to switch from MM at a prop shop to BB in London S&T?
Just a fresh grad, at a decent prop shop. Wasnt exactly what I thought so was thinking how difficult it would be to switch to S&T at a bank. Would probably only be willing to move to a tier 1 (or maybe 2) bank. Did an internship at a tier 1 bank S&T when I was at university. Currently making markets on equity options but would probably want to try something new like commodities or rates. Wouldn't mind just straight up doing a grad program and doing rotations... thanks in advance :)
