I’m an analyst 3 in a more product management role in S&T and am looking to move into IBD or Wealth Management. I’m looking to move into an area of finance that has more client interactions and is more strategic.
Is this something that is possible? Have you guys heard of people moving from S&T to IBD or is this something that is very difficult to do? Would I have to take a step down e.g. lose a years experience etc.?
