Have heard mixed feedback on this - do prop traders (subject to company) generally get to invest in their company? E.g. Optiver employee getting to invest money into Optiver, generating returns? I’m not talking equity, simply returns from market making or whatever the firm specialises in.
How do these returns stack up to the general market (10%)?
