Prop trading in Sydney
Hi guys,
Recently got an offer from a relatively small prop trading firm and I am not sure how to negotiate salary, both bonus and the base.
What is the general level of salary for a graduate in Sydney?
How are bonuses usually paid? (in terms of x% of pay).
I know bonuses are tied to your PnL but I'm looking for more of a general amount so I can factor that information when I make a counter offer.
