Spectrum growth equity
Have an interview for an associate role at spectrum growth equity - any idea how much execution work/portfolio work associates get to do? Majority sourcing is fine but just worried about 100%. Know there is other info on this forum but curious on updated view.
Just went through interview process with them for SA. Spoke with a few associates and they all said their job is still heavily sourcing focused. From those conversations, it seems like 75%+ but definitely not 100%.
