Why do you want to go into PE/HF/VC?
Is it the money? The prestige? The love for prop trading? The desire to understand businesses? Interest in macro events?
I have my own reasons, which have been evolved since I graduated back in 2008, but I’m curious how you guys decided on this career path, and how you decide which PE/HF/VC company you want to work for.
