Module 1: Introduction
In this module, we introduce the course structure and objectives. The valuation course demonstrates two key valuation methodologies used in corporate finance, investment banking and other financial careers.

In this module, we use 10 video lessons to explore enterprise value and equity value, a bit more in-depth by applying the knowledge we gained so far across a number of practice exercises.
Module 4: Trading Comps Introduction
In this module, we dive into trading comps, covering key concepts, exploring enterprise value and equity value multiples, and applying it through a couple of practice examples with company filings and data.
Module 5: Trading Comps Set-Up
In this module, we will perform a much deeper dive into setting up trading comps. We'll start by covering a step-by-step process for building comps, provide a walkthrough of an Excel-based trading comps template
Module 6: Spreading Nike
This module provides a step-by-step guide to building out a trading comps analysis for Nike, starting with individual company inputs and assumptions.
Module 7: Spreading Adidas
In this module, we provide a step-by-step guide to building out trading comps for Adidas. We input assumptions and make adjustments for each comp and then roll up this analysis into a summary tab.
Module 8: Spreading Lululemon
In this module, just as in our previous ones, we spread the comps for Lululemon. We include assumptions make adjustments for each comps, and then summarize this analysis in one place.
Module 9: Spreading Under Armour
In this module, as with our previous 3 modules, we provide a step-by-step guide to building out a trading comps analysis for Under Armour, starting with individual company inputs and assumptions.
Module 10: Spreading Puma
In this module, just as we have done in the previous 4 modules, we provide a step-by-step guide to building out a trading comps analysis for Puma, starting with individual company inputs and assumptions.
Module 11: Trading Comps Benchmarking and Outputs

The theory explanation is straight to the point and clear. I could understand all the concepts to build a complex financial modeling.

There are questions at the end of each section that could be improved upon, but it's a modeling course not exam prep so it is understanable.
Overall, I would recommend this course to someone interested in learning LBOs.

However, despite this being of second nature to me, I decided to check out the WSO financial statement modeling course as part of the Elite Modeling package while planning my move to investment advisory. Needless to say, like the other WSO courses, this was a well-planned out course from which even a seasoned professional like me could take away a lot.
