Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first had a HireVue, which had pretty standard behavioral question (talk us through your resume, why consulting, etc.). Then I had two 30-minute interviews back to back, one behavioral and one was a case study. The case study was a pretty easy digital implementation strategy case. The answer mattered much less than how you present your answer - I didn't really do any prep, but I made sure to provide my answer clearly and with a strict logical process.
