B4 M&A vs B4 Strategy --> MM PE

With intern experience in both, I need advice on which of the two is considered best to transition to PE. Europe-based if it matters. Of course I like them both and am equally keen to either as career starter.

The Strategy team is focused on PE clients and covers a couple of sectors which are more interesting than the one covered by the M&A team. The M&A team every now and then allows for exposure on a range of transactions I don't think I'd see on the other side (de-listing, SPAC, securitization...).What should I choose, or how should I approach the choice?

Thanks
