Incoming analyst at a tech-focused MF. I'd like to recruit for HFs after my analyst stint and I'm prioritizing crossovers or funds with a TMT/Consumer focus. Also not in a rush to leave my current firm, and will go A2A if I don't find the right spot.
There's a lot of threads about HHs for PE, but not much about HHs for HFs. Was wondering what are the best HHs to reach out to for what I'm interested in? And how to navigate this process?
