Capstone Investment Advisors
Hi, I'm currently interviewing at Capstone Investment Advisors and am reaching the end stage of the process. I was a bit shocked by the amount they pay interns in NYC (35 dollars per hour). It doesn't seem like they pay full-time analysts much more either. H1B salary websites say it's around 80k. The company seems solid otherwise and has been around for a while. Is most of the salary in bonuses? Or do they only pay the senior employees well? Does anyone know what's going on at the firm?
Is it even worth considering compared to a role at a BB?
