Am I being unrealistic or naive?

Hello All :)

Firstly, thanks for choosing to read this. I need some guidance on my two-three year career plan.

Here are some information about me:
22 year old Female, Bsc Economics Graduate (3.3 GPA) at a non-target university
Msc Banking and Risk with a Chartered Banker Diploma at a globally recognized semi-target university in UK (working towards a distinction, I have faith I'll get it)

Work Experience so far: Customer service, Several Sales and Marketing Roles, Entrepreneurial activities, Teaching Assistant roles, Finance Directorate Intern (treasury, project financing, corporate accounting, internal audit, corporate financial strategy experience) at an International and recognized agricultural research instituition in Africa and hopefully soon to be part-time Research Assistant for a professor at my university.

FINAL GOAL AFTER TWO YEARS:
To be employed in a Globally Recognized Investment Bank or Consulting Company either in positions such as risk/research/sales/trading/economist/strategy.....(with the aim of working hard to thrive up the ranks in that company)

HOW I PLAN TO ACHIEVE MY FINAL GOAL:
After my Msc Finishes in September 2015
-Between SEP 2015 till end of 2015, set up my organization in 12 different branches (only one branch at the moment)
-JAN 2015--Get a research/consulting role in Oil and Gas as this is the market most interesting to me for a year (texas is looking like a good location for this), whilst working, also learn C++ programming and monitor the progress of my start-up.
-YEAR 2016---THEN APPLY FOR INVESTMENT BANKS AND TOP CONSULTING FIRMS anywhere in the world--I'll be 24 Years Old by then...I'm not sure how much of a limitation this will be/

PLEASE GIVE SOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS on this plan and also, although I doubt this, please give praise for anything if you feel it's required, lol I'm not expecting it at all.
