Best suitable way to pursue a successful career in IB

Hey I just wanted to ask you guys whether ACCA+CFA is a good choice for a person aiming for a job in core finance.
Also till what extent will the ACCA knowledge hold strong for a person appearing for CFA in future will it be helpful for clearing lv.1 and lv.2?
