AM vs. No name boutique IB??

Hello! I'm a (relatively) new grad from non-target. Currently working full-time at a sizeable AM firm (majority assets are managed through external managers) in a low COL city. Just got an offer at a no-name boutique IB in a high COL city, weak/unstable deal flow. Similar base, just the bonus difference. Goal is to go to top MBA and then PE. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
