Full-Time Recruiting - Class of 2025

Hey guys. I wanted to start this thread regarding full-time recruiting for the class of 2025 (incoming juniors). I'm aware I may be early, but I want to be as prepared as possible.

For some context, I'm currently an incoming junior at a non-target school. I recruited this past spring and was able to land a T1 BB in NYC IBD. I'm very happy with the outcome. However, I always wanted to be at an EB (for obvious reasons -- M&A focus, lean teams, and obviously $ and exits). I know FT recruiting can be difficult and very black box, and for that reason, I am only gunning for ~3-4 EBs. Of course, I know it is imperative to preform next summer and land a return offer, but any tips/recommended timeline I should keep in mind when prepping for FT? Anything helps. Thanks guys.

POV: You still haven't secured an SA 2024 position yet.

Secure return offer. Start reaching out to your connections last couple weeks of internship to catch up. They’ll probably have a good idea of how their current interns are performing/what FT slots will look like in their group and can provide some color on the process. Stay lowkey about it. Again, secure return offer.
