Joint Venture Strategy?
After searching online, it seems that many mega funds have joint ventures with smaller firms across the world. Carlyle with Amicaa in Australia etc... Let's say I recruit for Amicaa and work under the Carlyle joint venture. Can I say that I work for Carlyle and Amicaa Joint Venture?
