This is public info. $1 million base and $1 million bonus. There’s obviously upside to this and just bc you make partner doesn’t mean you’re partner for life. Some people get demoted.

 

I’ve heard that, in good years, certain heavy rainmakers can make more than the CEO because of the amount of deal flow they’ve pulled in. I don’t know this for a fact but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true. Would be interested if someone could chime in here
