What's a good form resignation letter for finance? Planning to quit on Monday

Title says it all, I'm planning to quit on Monday. I have a thoughtful resignation letter prepared for one of my seniors staffed locally, but I want to send a very generic form resignation letter to the supervisor I have who is staffed abroad. I don't particularly like him or have anything warm and fuzzy to stay, so I just want it to be as dry and to the point as possible. Never actually quit a job before so I have no idea what to say. Help me out?

Dear Hated Supervisor,

Yonder we gaze upon the ebb and flow of the paths we choose. Around each blind corner a new fork splits the road in two directions. How to know which one to choose? Adventure? Peril? Boredom? A man is plagued with the burden of these decisions every day, but not every day are the consequences of his decisions so life changing, so utterly influential as the one I must make on this day. The sun has set too many times on this tired soul slowly drowning in a vast sea of orange. Not to say the flavor of this orange hasn't been the sweetest, most decadent fruit my taste buds have ever had the pleasure of relishing, for it has. But I digress. I'm afraid I must make the last hurrah, as it were; the final stand; the end of all ends to my employment with this fine establishment.

Forever in your debt,

Monkey

I love it, I really do. But I just don't think this vibe mixes with the direction I'm going dawg, and for that reason, I'm out.
