IESE vs HEC MBA?

I have 7+ years in Oil and Gas and Power experience across Africa (operations and later advisory) and recently gained admission to IESE and HEC, ideally I would like to switch careers to PE firms that buy in Africa, what school best supports my ambitions and realistically how hard will it be?
