1) 5-6 rounds. Typical behavioural + technical questions. 4-hour case study on privatization of public Canadian mono-line company.
2) Lower than street for Toronto mid-market PE.
3) Seems like no new platform deals since early 2022...only bankruptcies (see Mastermind). Generalist investment strategy.
