NEED HELP WITH EXPLODING OFFERS MM IB vs LMM PE vs Co-Invest PE

Currently have offers from MM IB (think RJ, Blair, HW, Baird) and a LMM PE (fairly reputable firm latest fund >$2B) and then co-investment at pretty reputable firm. Which do you think would be best place to start career?

LMM PE don't look back. Look at exits for RJ/WB. There may be outliers but the majority are going to end up at sub $2b AUM funds. Just make sure you are going to get training at the PE fund because I've heard from quite a few folks that is the only thing they don't always get (unlike at a reputable IB). Thing is. You could also have a toxic associate / VP at the IB, and now you're not at a PE fund AND you're getting shafted. LMM PE just make sure you'll get resources.
