Need infrastructure/utilities projects/funds advice

Hello everyone, I've been a common reader and this is my first post/thread.

I work as an Associate in a LATAM PE boutique and we are starting to evaluate the structuring of infrastructure/utilities funds. In this context I would like to ask for anyone experience on how to get into this business as fast as possible. It could be books, guides or even online courses.

I worked in M&A as a generalist (LATAM is to small to specialize in an industry) before this, so I have a good grasp of all the financial know-how. Im looking for how to deep dive in Infrastructure, since Ive noticed is has a lot of particular stuff.

My objective is mainly to understand and model the main business and also to structure the fund itself with its corresponding leverage and other particularities.

Thanks in advance.
