Hottest Housing Market 2024 - Buffalo?

Saw this in the New York Post and was surprised. While this Zillow list isn't the authority on which markets are up-and-coming, I believe it does illustrate some interesting trends at play (namely affordability). With places like Miami and other Sunbelt cities seeing the dual threat of rising costs of living and climate-related factors, places like Buffalo might be the future (also with the NE/Great Lakes regions having better universities than the Sunbelt sorry Univ of Miami and SMU grads).
Curious to hear thoughts on this
