REPE/real estate markets in EMEA with best prospects?

I am an undergrad student in the Nordics enrolled in a real estate related finance degree looking for some insights from the more experienced users here. I know that wso is very US-centric but have noticed that there are several users with extensive knowledge of EMEA as well.

In brief, Which real estate markets in EMEA do you believe to have the best current and long-term prospects in terms of job opportunity and market ROI outlook? Mainly from a REPE/RE IB/brokerage perspective.

I have gotten the impression that London has the most jobs and that the largest real estate markets in EMEA are in the UK and in Germany/DACH. Does this hold true and is it expected to remain this way?

Are REPE jobs in LDN primarily concerned with the UK market or is continental investing in real estate covered from there as well? Is Brexit expected to change this?
