How do I stand out if I mostly write about career-related experience?

Relatively unique background. Im a Chinese born and raised in South America. I studied in Asia at a Jewish School and now attending an Asian university. Im currently in Africa for a paid-volunteering trip and have an imminent full year exchange in Germany and later a semester one at Wharton.
On paper, I am just yet another Chinese finance bro with some finance experience applying to the same finance position. Apart from referrals, how can I highlight some personality instead of only having done ER/M&As at XYZ firm?
