Gelber Group Junior Trader?

Does anyone know much about Gelber Group? I'm currently interviewing for a junior position there and there doesn't seem to be a ton of info online. There's no info on AUM, average bonus size, standing compared to the other chicago firms, etc so any insight there would be really helpful.

It is a solid shop. There is no black-box like models that you will refine as a junior which leads to a discretionary bonus like other shops. From what I have heard, you create your own strategy which leads to a large PnL cut which can be very lucrative.

if an experienced discretionairy trader wanted to join Gelber, what should they say to hit all the right buying notes.,..and what should you not say? What is Gelber looking for in an experienced trader...and what do they have no interest in?
